Zumba is powered by Mitel and is a complete solution and platform that runs off Mitel’s proven multi-tenancy platform meant for service providers.  All network traffic between Zumba Communication Cloud with end devices such as Mobile App, Softphone and Desk Phones are all encrypted using SIP/TLS.   Accesses to the Web Admin Management Portal are also encrypted via  HTTPS/SSL sessions.
